Order Processing Time

Once your purchase is completed, we promptly begin customizing your shades to ensure a swift delivery. The production and packaging process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods, this time frame may be extended.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping services to the USA and globally (except for extremely remote areas) through UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS.

Delivery Time

Logistics usually take between 3 to 10 business days to reach your destination. Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may be longer than expected due to factors such as invalid addresses, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

Item Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company to locate your package. Once the package is under the control of the shipping company, we are unable to intervene directly. However, if the issue persists, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately for assistance. While we strive to resolve these issues promptly, please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Canceling or Modifying Orders

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. However, since all orders are custom-made and cannot typically be resold, once production begins (usually 4-8 hours after your order), cancellations are not possible. You may still modify your order, and we will apply 50% of the original order’s amount to the modified order. Please note that 50% of the original order amount will be non-refundable.

Regarding Taxes

Occasionally, orders may incur additional charges due to customs fees imposed by your country’s government. While these fees are typically the responsibility of the buyer, we will cover the customs charges on your behalf. However, please note that we cannot control or predict customs charges. For more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
